is experiencing a fast growth!
We are seeking
Recruiters who will be scouting for qualified talent to sell
residential and commercial mortgage products within an assigned
territory.
Candidates must have sales
experience inside and/or outside and must be able to work
in a very demanding fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Successful
candidates will be responsible for
sourcing,
recruiting, screening and interviewing qualified talent (in
person/phone)
using probing and
active listening techniques, evaluate candidates'
qualifications
against job requirements and coordinating advertising and special
events for our employment opportunity efforts.
Experience:
1 year
REQUIREMENTS
License:
Your State/Country if required.
Education:
Your State/Country Mortgage
Loan Origination if
required and 1 to 2 years college.
Foreign Language:
Add 2% for each language
proficiency up to 3 languages only.
Majors preferred:
Sales, Marketing,
Advertising, Media, Finance, Real Estate, Business, and Communications.
