DESCRIPTION
 Alzamora Inc. is experiencing a fast growth!

We are seeking Loan Processors to process loan applications for a minimum team of 40 Account Executives in their assigned territory.

Candidates must be able to work in a very demanding fast-paced environment.

Duties:
 Verifies, compiles, and types application information for mortgage loans: Reviews loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.

Recommends that loan not meeting standards be denied. Calls or writes credit bureau and employer to verify accuracy of information. Types loan application. Calls specified companies to obtain property abstract, survey, and appraisal. Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.

Submits mortgage loan application file to lender for underwriting approval. Records data on status of loans, including number of new applications and loans approved, canceled, or denied, in company's data base.

  • Foreign Language is a PLUS in particular Spanish but NOT Required

Education:
Your State/Country Mortgage Loan Origination if required and high school and/or 1 year college.

Foreign Language:
Add 2% for each language proficiency up to 3 languages only.

Pay Rate:
Generous Commission, $250.00 per file closed + Bonus
