 Alzamora Inc. is experiencing a fast growth!

We are seeking experienced Mortgage Managers who will be managing a minimum of 40 Loan Officers, 4 Assistant Mortgage Managers and 4 Mortgage Team Leaders in their assigned territory.

Candidates must have mortgage management experience inside and/or outsides and must be able to work in a very demanding fast-paced environment.

Duties:
Successful candidates will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, enforcing systems, policies, and procedures; recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, monitoring, evaluating job results, disciplining, assist in closing accounts that come from our Loan Officers, close transactions in person, over the phone as well as online and conducting weekly sales presentations to Mortgage teams.

  • Foreign Language is a PLUS in particular Spanish but NOT Required

  • Flexibility to work within 9:00 AM to 09:00 PM

License:
Your State/Country if required.

Education:
Your State/Country Mortgage Loan Origination if required and 2 – 4 years college.

Foreign Language:
 Add 2% for each language proficiency up to 3 languages only.

Majors preferred:
Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Finance, Business, and Communications.
